Full-time U19 education and football package at the Grimsby Institute

Welcome to the FPP, our goal is to provide talented young players the opportunity to continue their development as a footballer in a full-time elite environment.

This is a unique opportunity for young footballers to develop their education and employment opportunities in the football and sport industry, whilst receiving professional football training and the chance to play competitive fixtures in the English Colleges football league.

The Football…

The FPP gives young players access to first-class football training, which is usually only available at professional clubs.

The FPP does not affect or encroach on players playing or training with their own club teams. We are purely a football development programme.

UEFA ‘A’ standard training & game management
8 hours per week football training
2 hours per week football specific strength & conditioning
Individual Training Plans (ITPs)
Performance Analysis feedback (GPS & Video)
Competitive English Colleges Fixtures (for both 1^st Team & Development Team)
Pro & Semi-pro Academy Fixtures
In-house Head-Tennis & 5-a-side tournaments

The FPP Development Centre…

These are excellent opportunities for potential new students to come meet and training with the FPP coaches and current players.

The sessions are FREE for all boy’s school years 10, 11 & 12. The sessions are designed to improve individuals’ all-round game both technically and tactically.
