Forensics, Crime & Humanities

This course brings together knowledge and understanding with practical and technical skills. This is achieved through students performing hands-on scientific investigations and specialised workshops in our state-of-the-art laboratories.

It will help you answer the question: Are you born a criminal? Why do people reoffend? Does rehabilitation work? What shapes us to be law abiding citizens? While gaining the analytical and evaluative skills needed to progress onto university, apprenticeship or employment.

Grimsby Institute is the only college in the region to offer this course. You will be taught by forensics experts who work in the profession as well as local universities providing you with the most current industry practise in science and forensic science investigation.
