Football Performance Programme – full-time under 19s education and football package

This new course is bringing a unique opportunity for young footballers to help them develop their education and employment opportunities within the football and sport industry, whilst receiving professional football training and the chance to play competitive fixtures in the English Colleges football league.  

Head Academy Coach, Jon Davy, is looking forward to welcoming learners onto the new programme. “We’re extremely excited about the new programme. It allows local, talented footballers an opportunity to continue their football development in a first-class environment on and off the football pitch.” 

This programme gives learners the opportunity to train with UEFA coaches, in a real professional football environment, that utilises our highly specialised sports facilities, unrivalled with any in the local area. With two–five year plans that best suit the learner’s football and academic needs.  

“We have developed a football education pathway second to none in the local area, which allows players access to local semi-professional football clubs and an opportunity to advance their football knowledge all the way to degree level, with a possible career in coaching or teaching.”
