TEC Partnership Accommodation

Independent living is a large part of moving to University. Here at the TEC Partnership, we provide a range of accommodation with all the facilities you could need for a safe and enjoyable stay while studying with us, offering a selection of rooms available to suit all Learners’ needs.

This new phase of your life is about to start; new people, a new place and maybe you’ll be living independently for the first time.

Big changes, so you’ll want to live somewhere which is safe, secure and comfortable, but ultimately you’ll want to have fun as well. Throughout your time in our halls of residence, you will meet a diverse range of people and have a great time along the way. This brochure will tell you everything you need to know about our accommodation and if you have any specific questions simply give us a call, drop us an email or talk to us at one of our open events held throughout the year.

We currently offer two Halls of Residence available to all prospective and returning learners, apprentices and staff. The selection of rooms within the accommodation is offered both with en-suite or shared facilities, all at great value for money.

Scartho Hall and Welholme House are all within walking distance to the main Nuns Corner Campus and close to Grimsby Town Centre, which can be reached by just a short walk.

Living with us

Our halls of residence are great places to work, relax, socialise and meet new friends. There’s a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and a real sense of community spirit.

There are two residences in total and both are within walking distance of the main Nuns Corner campus, with Welholme House also just a short walk from the town centre.

Living here in halls is a unique experience that differs from most other universities. Because you can spend all three years in halls you make friends that last. It becomes more of a family unit – you may fight and argue sometimes, but you also go out together and share amazing experiences. Sam, Class of 2019/20
