Intercollege Competition 2026

Today, we proudly hosted the Intercollege Competition Final 2026 here at the Grimsby Institute. It’s been an inspiring and energetic day across our campus, with around 400 students from across the region joining us to compete. Each college brought a team for every category, with competitions taking place in a wide range of subject areas including sport, media moving image, brickwork and many more.

We were delighted to welcome teams from Hull College, RN College and DN Colleges Group. All competitors showed fantastic talent, commitment and teamwork throughout the day, creating a brilliant atmosphere and showcasing the very best of further education.

After a full day of challenges and performances, we’re pleased to announce that DN Colleges are the winners of this year’s competition. A massive congratulations to them, and well done to every student who took part – your hard work and dedication helped make today’s event a real success.
