PCDL - TAPING AND STRAPPING FOR SPORT

This hands on course will enhance your knowledge of Sports Therapy. Whether you are a qualified Therapist, a local sports club assistant or just someone interested in improving your own performance or wellbeing.

You will learn how important correct taping and strapping techniques are to sports performance, injury rehab or injury prevention.  You will take away an information booklet and your own tape to get you started.
