This level 2 part time programme is the industry recognised qualification you need to work in fitness centres across the country.  You will cover anatomy, customer service, programme design, health and safety and training methods.

These skills will help you plan, deliver and evaluate various training programmes to meet the needs of your clients. Practical sessions take place in our outstanding state of the art fitness suite and studio.
