Alongside the training in everything from fish, meat and poultry to baking, patisserie and cake decorating, you’ll get the opportunity to be part of our team, giving first class service and food from our state-of-the-art facilities including the new training kitchen which will be used to produce dishes for the Gallery Restaurant.

You will be working alongside our staff in the popular Gallery Restaurant as well as Indulgence the bakery at the Nuns Corner campus. Our learning is built on hands on experience and you’ll get that through our industry standard Neff demonstration kitchen as well as the opportunity to take on work experience placements at 150 national companies and take college annual trips and visits from guest speakers.
