This T Level in Onsite Construction is suitable for anyone looking to start a
career in the construction industry.

Following an Onsite Construction T Level, you could progress straight into a
skilled profession or continue your studies with a degree or higher
apprenticeship. Career options might include becoming an advanced site carpenter
or joiner, or a construction assembly and installation operative.

During the two-year course, learners will learn the core knowledge and skills
that underpin many jobs in construction. A substantial industry placement with a
range of employers will give you a wide understanding of life on a construction
site.

The core content is assessed through an exam and a practical employer-set
project. This knowledge will provide learners with a greater understanding of
the industry and will promote career progression. In addition to this, you will
have the option to study on of the following specialisms: 

• Carpentry and Joinery


• Bricklaying


• The specialisms will focus more on the practical application of skills.
