When making an application

When making an application please make sure you accurately complete all of the requested information on the application form. You will need to provide an email address that you check regularly to make an application, so if you do not have one you will need to create one.

To secure your place you will be required to provide a £250 booking fee. This will become your deposit once you arrive at the accommodation and is refundable at the end of your stay. The accommodation fees will be inclusive of all bills and facilities so there are no unexpected costs to worry about.

After you have applied

After you have applied your application will be considered by our Accommodation Team and a confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge your interest.

Room offers for full-time applicants are usually sent out at the end of June, including details of your room type, residency and total fee for your period of stay. Information on how to secure your room will be provided to you in the email you will receive. On successfully securing your room you will be provided with an arrival date and check-in information.

Please note: please reply to accept your offer within the allocated time specified, usually seven days. If you do not reply, your place will be withdrawn and may be offered to another candidate.

It is at this point you will be required to provide your £250 booking fee by the date requested in order to secure your room. Rooms will be allocated by preference and every offer will try to meet your request outlined within your application.

If at any point you wish to withdraw your application please speak to a member of our Accommodation Team.
