You will receive check in information when confirming your room offer with us a date, time and residence will be specified. You will be provided with a key, access card, health and safety induction and short introduction to the Halls and facilities.
If you cannot meet the time specified please contact our Accommodation Team and they may be able to arrange an appointment to suit you
If you have been offered a room within the Halls of Residence we will be in touch to arrange a check in time. Check in and check out are between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday – Friday. However, there is a possibility we can arrange for a time outside of these hours in exceptional circumstances.
Moving to a new place can be exciting for some and difficult for others. To help you to settle in and make the most of your stay remember to bring lots of personal belongings to transform your room into a home.
